The Down Low
The Down Low performed on the Hard Rock stage at the Tulsa State Fair in 2021. I was eager to get back to shooting events after buying a new camera during the pandemic and had the opportunity to hang with The Down Low band. So I brought my camera. Took some photos and shot a quick one take music video of the band preforming “Feet don’t Touch the Ground” written by Brandon Jenkins. Jenkins was a staple in the Red Dirt music scene writing for many known musicians including Stoney Larue, Jason Boland, and Randy Rogers. Jenkins passed away in March of 2018, being a great influence to everyone in The Down Low band, they play his song “Feet Don’t Touch the Ground” as tribute to his songwriting talent.
